Dr. Upasana Gitanjali Singh, working in Discipline of Information Systems and Technology at UKZN, Westville campus, South Africa. Dr. Singh served as a reviewer for many IT-related journals and conferences. She has a keen interest in Educational Technology and guiding students at Masters and PhD level. Dr. Singh, in 2013 successfully implemented the first formative e-assessment in the School of MIG at UKZN. More recently, she was nominated to the UNISA Curriculum Advisory Board, and served as panel reviewer for the NRFs Joint Collaboration applications in both 2015 and 2016.

Dr. Vivek Kumar Sehgal working as Associate Professor with the Department of Information Technology, Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan, H.P-India and executive member of IEEE Delhi Section. Dr. Vivek Kumar Sehgal is a member of the technical program committees for several technical conferences and editorial member of reputed journals. He is member of various technical Societies including IEEE, ACM, SIAM, and IAENG. His areas of interest include embedded processor architecture, hardware software co-design, NoC, Smart MEMS and soft computing for chip design. He has completed two doctoral thesis and five are currently undergoing. He has guided more than 50 PG and UG projects.

Dr. Babita Pandey is currently with the School of Computer Application at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. She obtained her PhD from Indian Institute of Technology-Banaras Hindu University, India in 2009. She has 8 years of teaching experience. She has published more than 80 papers in journals and conference proceedings, some of them are in journal such as such Expert Systems with Applications (Elsevier), Computers in Biology and Medicine (Elsevier), Education and Information Technologies (Springer), SpringerPlus, Nuclear Technology(American Nuclear Society) etc. She is in the editorial board of several journals. Finally she is serving program committee member of various international conference such as: 2nd International Conference on Medicine Science and Bioengineering (ICMSB2016), of 5th Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Data Mining (AIDM 2016), International Conference on Applied Mathematics, Simulation and Modelling (AMSM2016), Turing 100 – International Conference in Computing Sciences, Wilkes 100 International Conference in Computing Sciences and serves as a reviewer in a wide range of international journals such as: Computer in biology and medicine, Computer Methods and Programs in Biomedicine etc. Her research interest are intelligent methods in bioinformatics, biomedical signals etc.
